## 开发

```bash
pip install -r requirements-dev.txt

## 构建发布

```bash
py -3.13 -m build
```

发布流程由 `.gitea/workflows/publish-dlp-io.yaml` 驱动：推送 `dlp-io-vX.Y.Z` 格式的 annotated tag 即可触发测试、构建、上传到 Gitea PyPI 仓库。
